Can't redeem code

I'm having trouble with redeeming the sims 3 dlc game codes. I have entered them correctly, some worked at first, some didn't. Now nothing works. It says "The product code you entered is not valid. Please re-enter the code." - even for the dlc that at first it accepted but when I went to download the dlc it brought me to the ea app purchase page for the dlc, it left the impression that I had not bought it at all. 

The same problem happened with downloading sims 3 base game, which somehow got resolved on its own. I logged out and tried to do app recovery, game repair, clearing cache, etc. It did appear after all of that and having some time pass as well. 

Out of the 17 DLC that I bought I managed to download only 4.

Would like some help ASAP.

    One thing that helped me was to go on the EA myaccount website thing, which allowed me to redeem most of the codes, but for some of them it still says it's been already redeemed, or since I had a lot of codes to redeem it tells me "You've made too many attempts. Try again later.". I waited like 3h and still doesn't let me redeem codes. I guess I will have to wait longer.

    However, this is not the solution to my problem, since some of the DLC still hasn't appeared. I have now managed to get 10/17 of the DLC codes redeemed and downloaded successfully.

    Hi! I had this exact same issue earlier today and managed to get it fixed. Have you played the sims 3 yet or were you downloading it at the same time as the expansion packs? I had to run the sims 3 (past just the menu screen), and then my expansion packs showed as add-ons in the EA app
