This may sound, weird but
I had to find my cd/dvd player and plug it in to my pc and download an old cd copy of sims 3 and then repair it from EA app
Then uninstall that and install it from EA app again and now it works🙌
@Lauisee Do you have another computer you could test with? This error isn't usually account-related, but I suppose it could be, and having the same issue with your EA account but on a different computer would be strong evidence that the problem is your account. You could also test a different EA account on your computer, if you have a friend or family member who owns Sims 3.
The game worked really well but after the update it stopped working.
And on my old(not anymore working) pc it worked very well
Its graphics card related or something
