The Sims 3 High End Loft Stuff pack and Fast Lane Stuff pack

HI.
I have downloaded ALMOST all of my Sims 3 content through Origin. (Origin or Local retailers are where I get my content)  Most recently Island Paradise... No issues at all.  
So I decided to take advantage of the Sale that's happening and Downloaded both the High End Loft and Fast Lane Stuff packs...
Except when I try to install it, I am getting a DLC Error?  O_O    Saying that the packs aren't compatible with the Sim 3 that I have??  That I have to UnInstall and reinstall from the Origin Website???

#1:  Seriously??  Do I really need to Uninstall My Sims 3?
#2:  Do I need to Uninstall ALL of my Expansion Packs and Stuff packs!!  ??
#3:  Will I even be able to install from the Origin downloader since I didn't purchase my original copy of The Sims 3 from Origin?  I bought a physical copy of the game from my local Walmart..  (The Sims 3 Deluxe Pack - including Sims 3 and Ambitions)

HELP!  🙂  I've never had this issue before and I am most definately 'weirded' out by this.
I don't want to do ANYTHING until I hear from you guys~
