The Sims 3 Install Error : Sunset Valley Cache?

URGENT!!!!

Ok, so I get the following error when my Sims 3 disc is installing :

The following error occurred on the file 'D:\Caches\Sunset Valley.objectCache
The device is not ready.

My disc is relatively free of scratches, etc. And if worked perfectly on my old machine.
I AM USELESS PLEASE HELP ME ASAP I REALLY WANNA PLAY SIMS 3 AGAIN ☹️
