@Tamagotchi04 If you ever registered the pack in Origin or on the old Sims 3 site, you should be able to download it from the EA App now. If not, but you have access to a computer where the pack was installed at some point, you may be able to find the product code there:

Otherwise, you're out of luck, unfortunately. EA support doesn't have the ability to provide new codes for Katy Perry Sweet Treats due to the expired licensing.
