The Sims 3 not appearing on EA app
It has been a couple of years since I played and decided to play TS3 today.
Weird is that TS2 and TS4 appears on the EA app but not TS3. I tried to use the REEDEM CODE feature but it says it has been reedemed.
If I go to the https://mypage.thesims3.com/ it lists the TS3 and all the expansions packs I have (same e-mail/password as the app one)
I am quite sure when I used the ORIGIN app it was listed there.
Any ideas how I make it lists on EA App ?

It sounds like you'll need to have the base game re-added to your EA account- this isn't something we can do for you over the forums as we can't access your account details, but the live support team can take a look and manually re-add the base game.
Please contact live support from the help site here, I'd also recommend attaching this AHQ conversation when you reach out there so the team has further information to reference.
