Kirstie-Annie Do you still have the discs, or more specifically the codes that came with them? If not, do you have access to a computer where these packs were installed? You could probably still find the codes in the registry:

If you do find the codes, contact EA customer support. If you have the discs themselves, take a photo for each pack showing the disc, its case, and the product code (clearly readable). You can upload these when you submit the help request. The codes are what the support rep will need though.
I would strongly suggest using the live chat option rather than email. If you don't see it, try this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
Alternately, try using the help site without being signed in. Some categories of issue allow you to proceed without an active login, and many of those offer the live chat option.
If you don't have the codes, but you do find your discs, you could still try with support. I wouldn't expect to get anywhere though.
Aside from that, the only other possible fix is if you registered these packs on a different account, and can find that account, you could have a support rep merge it with your current account. Try signing into the EA App with any email address you have, and click "Forgot your password?" if necessary, to get a password-recovery email.
