Sims 3 - can't redeem codes and therefore install

Question

Hello,&nbsp;I have found my old Sims 3 discs, when I try to add the games to my EA account it says the codes have been redeemed - I only have had 1 account on Origin then EA app since I started playing, so I don't understand why the games aren't already there. EDIT: Found my thesims3.com account and I cannot find the games there either. I did not lend anyone the expansion packs, so I do not understand how they can be redeemed and not available under my account at the same time.&nbsp;I gave my original game away when Sims 4 came out, so I wanted to buy it through the EA app and add the expansion packs, but the codes don't work. Is there a way to make it work, or do I have to buy another disc with the orignal game and find a way to install the games from the discs? I have Macbook M2, so I do not have a CD or DVD drive.&nbsp;Thanks in advance!&nbsp;

@veroniaak&nbsp; You'll need to contact EA customer support to find out what happened to your content.&nbsp; Take a photo for each one showing the disc, its case, and the product code (clearly readable).&nbsp; You can upload these when you submit the help request.

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
