the sims 3 pets

hi can anyone help me, I bought the sims 3 pet and got sent the serial code on the email, but just only the free costume pack their serial code I can not see the 5 serial code to play, what can I do and I paid: (: (, it's been three days now and still nothing

    Open your Origin programme.

    click the game in the interface > Select the "I" > you will see "Product code. 

    Please type that in. That is your serial key.

    Hello I am hoping you may help me... The origin code Registration coode sent in my email was under the and does not fit in all the boxes for the screen where it says enter registration.. now it won't let me go forward =(
