the sims 3 pets

hi can anyone help me, I bought the sims 3 pet and got sent the serial code on the email, but just only the free costume pack their serial code I can not see the 5 serial code to play, what can I do ...

    Hi laylaminjay

    Open your Origin programme.

    click the game in the interface > Select the "I" > you will see "Product code. 

    Please type that in. That is your serial key.

    I bought it from the origin with a credit card, struggling a bit with English not misunderstand me
