The Sims 3 Problem with instalation Aurora Skies

Hi! I have a problem with instalation Aurora Skies. I buyed it by Sims 3 Store for simpoints, but i cant install it. After trying to install from game launcher, I get a message that the instalation h...

    @kieruzi  Please go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Downloads and remove any copies of Aurora Skies you can find.  (You can just move the entire Downloads folder to the desktop if it's easier.)  Then try again to download AS, and this time, wait until the launcher thumbnail shows the world itself rather than a box, as it does in your second screenshot.  This can take a minute or two after the download appears to have finished, so please be patient.

    Once you see the world thumbnail, try again to install AS, and if it doesn't work, move the entire Sims 3 folder to the desktop and try again.  This will remove, but not delete, your saves and other installed content.  That's fine for now and actually the point of this test, and you can restore the old content later.  Let me know how it goes.

    I was cleaned DCCache, Downloads and Installed Worlds too. I waited for the AS image as you said. And it worked! Thank you so much!
