Okay, so I've recently bought the worlds bundle to add to my Sims 3 game. I've tried following the steps that come with the email to redeem codes, but when I actually type in the code nothing happens but the loading symbol. Can anyone help?
@ChobiKemai Is your computer a pc or mac? Are you trying to redeem the code in Origin or thesims3.cxom?
My computer is a PC. I'm trying to redeem on https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html. Does it make a difference?
