I lost my key code but on my sims 3 website i registered the game.. how do i get the code back to register it to origins and download it. i have my disk but i lost my key code. i registered it at the sims 3 store before it was lost. i really would like to download my game. i mean i did pay for it ya know. thank you so much. 🙂

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
