The Sims 3 Registration Code

Question

Hello&nbsp;Yesterday I purchased a copy of the Sims 3 from Play-SC, which gives me a download code for the Sims 3 and this worked fine, the game installed. When I open the launcher and clicked play it asked me to verify my registration code, which unfortunately did not work. I am 100% positive I entered the code correctly, so I emailed Play-SC and their response was to contact you to ask for another code. I am willing to provide all the emails and all the receipts they sent to me.&nbsp;Thank you&nbsp;Steven Dale

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
