The Sims 3 Season - Games continually crashing

Hi After I installed the Seasons my sims game continually crashes.  It doesn't happen when doing the same thing, it could happen in CAS or when my sim is travelling home, or just when they are movin...

I am having the same problem!  I only have Sims 3 and EP Pets on my computer. May I post my Dx as well to get some help? I have been on hold for twenty minutes calling technical support.
