The Sims 3 Seasons and Origin / not able to download pre-ordered Seasons

So I pre-ordered the sims 3 seasons from Origin. I did this within a week of finding out about the expansion's bonus set. Now When I log on to origin there are all my other games listed but not seaso...

has anyone recieved any help from the company as to what in the hell is going on??!!! i havent seen anything to where they have commented, and i refuse to buy it elsewhere unless i get a refund for what i paid when i preordered in august!

    I finally got through to customer service, here is the chat:

    you:I was wondering about the Sims 3 Seasons. I preordered but can't download it.
    Jebin:I apologize for the inconvenience caused.
    you:No worry, It is a known issue then?
    Jebin:I'll be escalating the issue to the expert team.
    you:Ok. It shows in the origin app as not yet released. I have gotten the emails with the codes for the preorder bonus.
    you:What more information do you need? I haven't been billed for it yet either.
    Jebin:Could you provide me with the order number?
    you:***********
    Jebin:Thank you for the information.
    Jebin:Thank you for contacting EA. Is there anything else I can help you with today?
    you:Is there an estimate on how long this will take to resolve? Will I be contacted when it is?
    Jebin:It will take 10-12 days for the team to contact you.

    As you can see, he "hung up" on me. Some customer service!

      yeah my guy hung up on me too ... on the chat. then they called me and they said they took and held my money until today and then it failed.. but it came off my card... the F*** outta here... smh
