Same problem 12hrs later.
I was also charged for the pre order. The money was taken out of the account last month. I checked the bank statement and receipt from Origin. At midnight today, I got an email with the special sets that come with the game. After logging out, logging in, reloading, and doing the hokey pokey and turning myself around. Seasons still looks the same in origin: faded and unreleased. Just like everyone else, I pre-ordered via Origin mainly because I wanted the game without having to drag my toddler out in the middle of the night. It would have been much more easier and far less stressful to have walked to the store anyhow :robotlol:. A few minutes of "waahn waaahn" is better than paying for something and not getting it when promised .:robotmad:

I have the same problem as everyone else. I'd call customer service but I see that's not getting anyone else anywhere and I have to go to work. Really hope someone fixes this problem or I will never buy another EA game again.

i don't have a phone number to call or a chat to pick. i only have email. does that mean i was hacked too. i don't care if i wait 5-10 days. as long i get my seasons that i paid for.
