The Sims 3 Seasons and Origin / not able to download pre-ordered Seasons

So I pre-ordered the sims 3 seasons from Origin. I did this within a week of finding out about the expansion's bonus set. Now When I log on to origin there are all my other games listed but not seaso...

  I have read from many people they did not have this problem with previous EP's.

    That is correct. I pre ordered Showtime. I remember a heavy load on the servers so it took a few hours to download but it never said the game was unreleased the next day lol
