The Sims 3 Seasons and Origin / not able to download pre-ordered Seasons

So I pre-ordered the sims 3 seasons from Origin. I did this within a week of finding out about the expansion's bonus set. Now When I log on to origin there are all my other games listed but not seaso...

I GUESS if we got the packs then the order went through so there is most likely an issue on EA/Origin's end.

Oh, and in my order history says that my order is submited, not completed.

    so does that mean that origin was hacked as well as the accounts.
