The Sims 3 Seasons and Origin / not able to download pre-ordered Seasons

So I pre-ordered the sims 3 seasons from Origin. I did this within a week of finding out about the expansion's bonus set. Now When I log on to origin there are all my other games listed but not seaso...

I also been having problems the packs, I can't download them beacause the codes are invaild. It also happened to me with Supernarutal, but they sent me another code to me and it worked, while the other pack just ended up working. While with Seasons, can't download the game, and packs codes are invaild.

I'll be calling support after I figure out if the order went through.
