i called EA and they said I had to wait 24-48 hours. Tempted to call them back and cancel the order, and go pick it up in the store. The lady I talked to was not helpful at all -______-
I called and I'm downloading as I type this. This was a much better experience than the one I had this morning. I am a very happy customer now.
I called ea and they solved my problem and I'm downloading the game now I'm so happy!
I'm also wondering how you got them to give you a code to download the game, because I just got off the phone with EA rep and she just said she doesn't know what the problem is and she is just forwarding the information I gave her on the phone to someone so they can work to resolve the issue. How did you get them to give you a code to download the game?
