The Sims 3 Seasons and Origin / not able to download pre-ordered Seasons

So I pre-ordered the sims 3 seasons from Origin. I did this within a week of finding out about the expansion's bonus set. Now When I log on to origin there are all my other games listed but not seaso...

It actually shows up in my Origin store but when I try to download the game it'll get to the 100% marker and then drop back down to 19%... I want to play the game soooo bad, any suggestions?
