The Sims 3 Seasons and Origin / not able to download pre-ordered Seasons

So I pre-ordered the sims 3 seasons from Origin. I did this within a week of finding out about the expansion's bonus set. Now When I log on to origin there are all my other games listed but not seasons. It's about 4:27am east coast time, have they delayed it's release? I've read that many others already have it downloaded/installed from midnight on in their respective areas.

I can always rebuy it from a different vendor but I thought it would be easier from EA's own store.

Any clues?

Hold...Hold...Hold... One would assume they would have a better way of dealing with the problem considering it seems like a widespread issue here instead of having to call/chat and be on hold for who knows how many hours for a rep to look at your account....

Yes I have been trying to contact them for over two weeks wait time is over 2,000 minutes. My sims3 launcher has been crashing since I downloaded seasons.......where's the ea help????

SAmething for me my island paradise is greyed out its not there i got letters saying I purchesed it! But im going to wait it out and see what happens! ☹️
