The Sims 3 Seasons not working.

It hasn't worked since I got it about 3 years ago, and I'm really not sure why. It's installed fine &amp; everything, just doesn't show up in the launcher. I've had a few chats with Support aswell who haven't been able to find out the issue.

Hi!I got it off G2A a while ago. To my understanding, the error in question is a bad entitlement. If the code could be removed through some means I'd be able to purchase another copy of Seasons, which I'd be completely fine with at this stage!
