The Sims 3 Seasons won't let me trick or treat
For some reason, it won't let me go trick or treating. At all. It's been doing this for awhile now and I reinstalled the base game AND the exspansion pack and it still doesn't work. Help?

I'm missing the option. And yes I do still have spooky day itself.
No, I'm not using mods in the game.
It also won't show the costumes.
i'll be in game later tonight and i'll see if my child or teen has the option to trick or treat
edit to add spooky day just rolled around in my game i went to map view selected a house and my teen had the option to trick or treat
edit edit to add i was also able to click on my sim-option change into costume
