The Sims 3 serial codes missing

Hey my sister got The Sims 3 and the Supernatural and Master Suite expansions for christmas from EB games and no serial codes came with them so I cannot install them. Is there anything you can do to help me with this problem?

HI i am having a problem with my origin account which is. i was trying to upload the sims three game disc but it said that product code has already been used. i have checked my emails but it is not there as proof saying if i have done the code already or not. ahh please help.

If the game was sealed, return it to EB Games to get another game. If it was used, also return it but you will probably need to re-buy a new version.
