I have just purchased The Sims 3 starter pack, however, I did not print the confirmation page which means I do not have the serial numbers for the downloads. Is there any way to get these back? My bigger problem is that I don't know where to go to download the game.
If somebody can get back to me ASAP. That would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. (This is for a PC- HP beats)
check your emails for the codes login to your origin account if you don't have one download origin create an account use the same user name and password as on the sims 3 site

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
