The Sims 3 Supernatural Re-installation problem

I recently went to go play the Sims 3 for the first time in a few months, and when I opened the Launcher, I immediatley checked for updates. After installing two, which is all it said it needed to install, I clicked play and it told me to insert the Sims 3 Showtime disk, which is in the hands of a friend who isn't in town  at the moment. I thought this is was weird, because I have had the Sims 3 Supernatural, and it was installed, but according the Launcher, it wasn't; it somehow mysteriously disappeared. I re-inserted the Supernatural disk and tried thought that if it somehow uninstalled, I would just simply re-install it. But, when the disk went to the Setup Wizard, it asked me if I wanted to uninstall Supernatural. I tried a few times more and got fed up, so i finally selected "Yes" and thought it would solve everything. However, when I inserted the disk again, it said the same thing. So I decided to manually uninstall, but when I went to the folder like the instructions say, the Supernatural folder wasnt there....Now I have no idea what to do, because when I put the disk in, it says it is installed, but the files aren't there... Please help!

    After you manaully uninstall a TS3 pack it is recommended to use a registry cleaner like ccleaner. You probably did not remove the registry entries and the system thinks the game is still installed. The EULA you agree to when you first started the game. The EULA states EA ACCOUNT AND GAME REGISTRATION WITH THE PROVIDED SERIAL CODE. REGISTRATION IS LIMITED TO ONE EA ACCOUNT PER SERIAL CODE AND IS NON-TRANSFERABLE. Translated - once you register the game to an account only that account has the license to play it.

    I ran CCleaner after I tried to manually install the game. I couldn't manually uninstall the game, because I had already clicked uninstall when the CD asked me, and the Supernatural files weren't there. But when I put the CD in, it asks me to uninstall, though I can't find any trace of the Supernatural files.
