The Sims 3 Supernatural Won't Install

I just bought The Sims 3 Supernatural from Origin, and it downloaded fine, but in the middle of installation, it closed and an error message showed up. When I tried to install it again, it said that it was already installing. Then I clicked it again, and instead of having the option to install, it only had the option to play. I tried to play, but on the launcher and in game there were no supernatural features. I went to the uninstaller, but it didn't have the option to uninstall it. So Origin says it's installed, but the actual game doesn't. If anyone knows how to redownload the game without paying again, or how to solve this problem, please answer!
