@Pomelo-Dilina I don't see anything wrong in your screenshot, but it's possible the blue filter didn't come through. However, the issue may well be the alt-tabbing: Sims 3 doesn't respond well to that in fullscreen mode, and there really isn't anything to be done about it. This is true of many games made a decade ago or more—it's just the way they were programmed.
If you want to alt-tab, play in windowed mode. You can also use a utility called Windowed Borderless Gaming, which works well with Sims 3 and will give you the fullscreen look with the function of windowed mode.
