The Sims 3 won't launch on Ea App

Please help me,

When i click start to play my game on Ea app it dissapears for a moment then i see the same screen all over again. I tried to do everything that i saw here. I downloaded DX, i uninstalled EA app through Revo. Tried AlderLakePatch but i could'tn find my Sims 3 file anywhere. I dont have the Game/Bin folder anywhere. Please i beg of you help me ☹️((

  • @OykuSSenli  Please manually uninstall and reinstall .NET Framework 3.5, which Sims 3 uses.  Hit Windows key-R, enter appwiz.cpl in the run box, click "Turn Windows features on or off," and you'll see .NET 3.5 near the top of the list.  Click the filled-in box next to it to uninstall, and restart your computer.  Repeat the process, this time clicking the now-empty box to reinstall, and restart.

If that doesn't help, please move the entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you open the launcher, if it opens, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether you can get far enough to start a new save.

  • @OykuSSenli  The default location for the game's installed files is this:

    C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 3

The Game folder would be directly inside "The Sims 3" and the Bin folder inside Game.  But if it's not there, open the EA App game library, click Sims 3 > Manage > View properties, and you'll see the install location there.

If the Alder Lake patch doesn't help, please let me know whether OneDrive is running on this computer, even if you never use it.  Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

    Hey thank you for replying!

I've tried Alder Lake Patch. But didn't work for me.

And yes i tried to stop the syncing of OneDrive but maybe i didn't do correctly. ☹️

    I included Dxdiag report.
