The Sims 3 Worlds Bundle- Invalid Codes!

and out of all the options, The Sims 3: Monte Vista is not an option. So going through the loop of different pathways I'm just redirected here where I've already posted my issue.  While they have lots of instructions about what to do if you've downloaded your key from Origin, I have NOT. I bought mine from the store. And it's rendered useless.

Did you ever get an answer? I actually bought the same bundle through Origins and have had same problem. I am beyond frustrated. I will never purchase on line through Origins again. The fact that I can't get help, but just keep being looped back through the same steps over and over. I guess that's what I get for trying to buy a bundle.

No, There's no fix for this apparently. We aren't the only ones with this problem! :catmad:

Whether you buy this expansion through origins or get a hard copy, they're selling codes that DO NOT WORK.

So there's not much we can do when "Answer HQ" is running us in circles. I suppose I can just return the game and get my money back- I saved the receipt from WalMart...but I'm not sure if they'll take it back because it's been opened!! :catfrustrated:

At least the hidden springs expansion pack installed. Still would be nice if I got all of what I'd paid for though :catsad:.

If you have the disc, you can also try to the copy the file montevista.sims3pack (or something along these lines) from the disc to this folder: documents\electronicarts\thesims3\downloads and then open the launcher and try to install. No idea if it works but it's worth a try.

If that all fails, customer support IS your only option.

Choose The Sims 3 as game, purchase/billing as category and PC as system. Then you should see a link to live chat.

Yeah it always tells me live chat is unavaliable :catsad: but thank you! I'll have to try these options and see how it goes. But no it's not in my purchase history or anything :catfrustrated: Hopefully I'll get it all figured out at some point. 

oh my gosh :catsurprised: ...OH MY GOSH OH MY GOSH!!!!!! :cattongue: I don't know what changed in order to fix it, but I just got off of work to find your reply! I tried to redeem my code again and it worked! I CAN DOWNLOAD IT FROM MY PURCHASE HISTORY!! This just made my day! :catembarrassed:

It's downloading right now, thank you all soo much!!! It was frustrating not knowing what to do, I'm just not tech-savvy enough to figure it all out but hey- My Sims can now enjoy all there is to enjoy from Monte Vista!!! Now if only I can get some of my custom downloads to stop making my Sims' clothes glitch I'll be perfect! (but that's another issue entirely, one I'll be able to fix on my own time later) for right now I'm just excited to start playing once the download is finished!! :catlol:

I'm having the same problem but I purchased my The Sims 3 Worlds Bundle through Origin. Unlike my other game purchases, this one does not appear on My Games tab on Origin. When I received my email purchase confirmation, I was instructed to go to store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html and enter the code that was in the email. I did this but the code I entered was invalid. I tried entering it several times making sure they're correct but unsuccessful. Then I read this thread and tried the solution but still can't find my purchased game. HELP!!!
