The Sims 3World Tool Downloading page says oops 404-page not found

i am trying to download the Create-A-World tool and am unable to do so because your website page that it is on seems to be broken. Do you think you could fix this as i am really wanting to start creating worlds?

    Try clearing your browser cache or use a different browser.
