If you downloaded something from 3 different areas, then you did not download the super patch but the incremental ones.
You need the 1.3 GB one here: http://akamai.cdn.ea.com/eadownloads/u/f/sims/sims3/patches/TS3_1.50.56.0210xx_update.exe

this is the third time that ive downloaded the super patch and its still coming up with an error of which i have no idea what it says. its not saying file not found but there is an error.

how do you download the super patch through origin? or do you have any other suggestions to help
