I got a new sims3 game from my cousin that she doesn't play anymore but I can't install it to my cp. The reason I can't install it is because she has already used the product code. How can I install the game without using the product code? Is there a way that I can be issued a new code?

However, You can't get a new code for the game, once the code is used, it's attached to the 1 account...Once a game is registered it can not be re registered. The game is locked to the user you used to register the game
