Im struggling to understand why ive bought the sims 3, then bought the island paradise add in but when it comes to downloading it just keeps telling me there an installation error and 96%. Ive cleared folders, documents reinstalled, refreshed and started all over and nothing is working
TartyPink1 To be clear, you had no trouble reinstalling the Sims 3 base game, but IP again didn't install correctly? Do you own any other expansion or stuff packs, and did they reinstall correctly?
Please also list the location of the game install. If you're not sure, open the EA App, click Sims 3 > Manage > View properties, and you'll see the file path there.
