When I go to install items from store It says 'There are no packages to install.'

Turning off the game overlay in the EA App has worked for me but I'm afraid there is no guarantee it'll do the same for everyone.

- I had the same issue. Then it crashed and I had to reinstall the game and packs. now store content says it's installed but isn't there when i launch. some said try turning off game overlay
