@katiebarton14 Look, I'm trying my best to help you, but I can't help you if I don't have all the relevant information, and I can't help you unless you follow the troubleshooting steps I post. The problem is fixable, but it doesn't fix itself.
Would it be easier if you asked someone else to read through the thread with you and help you with following some of the instructions? I would be happy to explain what to do for someone who doesn't understand how Sims 3 works.

I’m yes understanding Video @katiebarton14 I don't know of a good video that explains how to uninstall Sims 3, and I don't have the time or the skills to create one. If you can't follow written instructions, then please ask someone for help.
