Trying to install Sims 3 Supernatural and error 5006:0x80070020 comes up

Can anyone help?

I'm trying to install Sims 3 Supernatural and during installing it comes up with "An error (-5006 : 0x80070020) has occurred while running the set up. Please make sure you have finished any previous set up and closed other applications. "

I haven't got any other applications open but it won't let me install it. It just comes up each time with the install button and won't let me play the game.
