Community ManagerDid you fully own this pack, or were you accessing it from a previously active EA Play membership?
I'm having the same issue. I fully own this pack as I bought the disc about a decade ago, but a few years ago they switched the game over from another account since I accidently had 2 of them active. They tried having me do a clean boot but then said there must be a system error not allowing me to do it correctly and that they had no solution for me until it was fixed :(
