TS3 Showtime Limited Edition. Redeem Code

I registered my showtime expansion on TS3 site then tried to download the gift here http://www.thesims3.com/incentive/ShowtimeRedeem 

I get the OK message after input the redeem code, but...

the item Ultimate Stage Venue still don't appear in my purchase history to download.

I've tried reinsert the redeem code again, obviously it was unsuccessul.

Could you help me? I want the item.
