michellefree89 When you say you reset your PC, do you mean you wiped it? If so, did you save any Sims 3-related data and restore it afterwards? If not, is it possible some data is there anyway? For example, OneDrive could have synced your files and downloaded your content after the reset.
The point is, old content could be the problem here, so please have a look and let me know whether anything is there. If OneDrive did download your content, that would probably include old saves, so check the Saves folder inside Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3.
Please also let me know whether this Sims 3 folder is inside the OneDrive folder in general.
