Hello rcire.
Take a look here & see if it helps out:Invalid and Used Serial Codes & Games not showing up in Origin
Are these 2 EPs the only TS3 Content that weren't Digital Downloads? If so, did you register them at thesims3.com website? Registering Retail DVD versions of TS3 EPs at thesims3.com is a requirement in order to get a free digital download copy. Did you use the same info (ID, E-mail, etc.) for both (Origin & TS3.com) Accounts?
Redeem Your Serial Code in Origin
1.3 Exceptions to Origin redemption: *There are a few exceptions where these steps will not work: The Sims 3 - Your code has to be redeemed on the Sims website https://www.thesims3.com/registeragame.html in order to be "registered" in Origin.Did you ever have the DVD versions of the 2 EPs installed on this new PC? If so, you'll need to fully uninstall them, registry keys & all, before you can successfully download & install the Digital versions.
With your serial code, you are eligible for the download version of your game. You can download it through Origin and redeem your code. Instructions on how to do this can be found here: Redeem Your Serial Code in Origin Make sure to uninstall the DVD version and install the download version instead.

Hi,
I have a fresh new PC, so nothing was installed before. The game was registered and installed on my previous PC. All addons were installed via DVD.
On my new PC I wanted to install all addons but this time downloaded from Origin. This is when I noticed that I was missing two of the addons.
Hence my question here on the forum.
When entering the key in redeem my code, I get the error that this key was already redeemed and that makes sence because I did that the first time(on my old PC). I did indeed use the same email address for all my origin downloads.

That is odd, indeed -that only 2 EPs won't register properly. I used all DVDs for installation too, yet they all show up in Origin just fine. So as not to waste any more of your time & to avoid chasing our tails around...
Gonna sound lame, but
I'd suggest that you contact an EA Game Advisor (aka Customer Support) directly. Its pretty quick & painless, and they have the full access to your EA/Origin Account to set things right asap for you. Just follow these instructions from rumbutter:rumbutter wrote: ... if in the event you need to contact CS http://eahelp.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ if you live outside the US try change at the top of the page the flag to US 1. click on the blue link 2.choose your product in the search menu after that click on next 3 select your platform pc, android , wii...etc click next 4 choose topic in the search menu for example code then in the menu that appears under that type in something about the issue for example registration code click next 5 click the orange live chat to chat with an advisor
