Unable to access owned games
Hi all, I am hoping for some sort of assistance.
I owned 20+ packs/expansions for TS3. I am able to log into an old device with Origin logged in ( in offline mode) to see the ownership.
None of these have flowed into my EA account, I have been told the EA account in which my product codes are registered to is deactivated. The chat has told me to reset the password for the account. I am familiar with the email address (old family email) but the email doesn't exist anymore.
I asked if there was any work around, as I am able to provide evidence of it all owned and have all the codes in front of me. They said I have to reset the password. The email provider has closed and the email address hasn't existed for 10+ years, I have no where to login to receive the email to reset the password.
I said this to the agent and was told then I just need to repurchase the packs. I really cannot afford to just spend money on everything all over again, and I cant justify doing this when I have everything laid out infront of me, it just says my codes have already been redeemed.
Is there any way to be able to play my old expansions or packs without repurchasing? I just find it hard to believe that there is no way to be able to access them. I find it confusing that there is absolutely no way to help if you are unable to access the password reset link, the chat provider was very little help and when I asked if I could escalate this, I was told there is no one to escalate it to.
