Unable to add expansion packs
I am not able to add my expansion packs that I purchased and have all the codes for. It tells me the codes are invalid but that's not possible. I want to be able to play my game.

zkateyez If these are new codes, never registered with EA, then contact customer support. Provide the codes and proof of purchase or ownership (e-receipt, a photo of the disc/case/product code, etc.), and be sure to use the live chat option. If you don't see it, select a slightly different category of issue.

If these codes have already been used, by you or someone else, then they can't be registered now. Of course, if you used them, the content should already be attached to whichever EA account you were using at the time, so sign into that one within the EA App and download your content.
