I have the same issue ! In my phone (iOS) I can access the Sims 3 Store but I can’t in my laptop (windows, I tried Firefox, Microsoft and chrome) and on the sims launcher ☹️ please help
@zoselynvelvet What happens when you in particular try to access the Store on your laptop? Please describe it; there are a few different issues that can appear to be the same.
Separately, does it help to set your phone as a mobile hotspot and connect the phone to that? Make sure the phone is using data, not your home network.
