If nothing helps, check on the log file. The log can be found in documents/electronicarts/thesims3 and is called Sims3LauncherLogFile.log

 Hi, I have the same problem as him. I can guarantee my internet connection are stable and also I'm able to download some clothes and furniture, however some of them I can't and two worlds. I have restart my laptop three times, I tried three different browser and nth works and really hope you are able to help me. Below are my error log.

Do you have any anti-viruses that could be blocking the download?

Are you using a LAN or Wifi connection?

I'm using dual-band 5ghz wifi, always full bar.I disabled the anti-virus software as well. Strange is RiverView are able to download but not monte vista and hidden spring
