I've talked to the live support team twice, and they still haven't figured out what is happening. The last person I spoke to didn't even know about the store page and kept asking for the invoice number even after I explained to him that invoices don't get issued when products are bought with points. The thing is, I've been able to download the world in the past, but since the whole transition to the EA app, at first, I wasn't able to download any of my store products. They managed to fix the situation with the other products but the Sunlit Tides one.
