Unable to launch Sims 3 on my new pc

i can launch sims 3 on my old pc but when i try on my new pc, the game won't start.

I didn't install any mod and my pc is running on Windows 11.

When I clicked the play button on Origin (Please look at picture P1), the sims 3 launcher will start (Please look at Picture P2). Then I clicked the play button on the sims 3 launcher. The game never started and it just brought me back to Origin! (like P1)

If I clicked the play button again, then the sims 3 launcher start again! (like P2)

It is just an endless loop.

I tried to seek help on EA support but it was frustratingly uselss. There was only "Email" optioin. After i submit my info and sent it, i got a reply asking me for more info. So i replied with the info he asked. Then I received another email, but by another different staff. And they always asked me to provide the info i've already sent in the last emails, or even misunderstood what my problem was. EA support really was the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.

Anyway, please let me know if i should provide any other info. Any helps would be very much appreciated.
