Unable to log into sims 3 launcher - Mac

Hello!

I've recently been unable to log into my sims 3 at all, I'm able to log in online so my password and email are fine the issue is just in game.

I've tried some of the solutions:

- my password doesn't contain any special characters (besides capital letters I'm not sure if they could be an issue)

- I went into my sims 3 files to delete the email cache but there wasn't one there.

Whenever I type in my email and password at the launcher it says 'please enter a valid email address' yet my email is fine..

I play on Mac with the EA app.

    @evuko  Please go into Applications > Utilities, open Keychain Access, search for sims3 , and delete any associated entries.  Then try again to login.

    By the way, the launcher login doesn't have any practical purpose, so you can skip it entirely if you want.  The login at the Main Menu is only for a few online features: Simport, gifting, badge hunting, and buying Store content while the game is open.  So you don't really need it either unless you're looking to use one of those features.
